Book a venue in Rbok – here’s how:
You need to be logged in to make a booking or send a booking request. To book a venue or resource, start by searching for and selecting the one you're interested in. Your selected items will appear in the calendar below the list, which you can fold in by using the arrow at the top. Once logged in, your shopping cart will be visible at the top right of the menu. Go there to complete and pay for your booking.
Please note:
Bookings that are not completed are automatically deleted each night at 00:00. Your booking is only valid once you’ve received a booking confirmation.
Keep in mind:

Bookings can only be made for the current season.

The next season opens only once a new schedule is added.

Season times vary depending on the type of venue, e.g., grass fields or ice rinks.

Want to receive an e-invoice?
Associations/companies that wish to receive an e-invoice from Lund Municipality can email the following information to:
kund_bank@lund.se
– Organisation number
– Name
– Email address
Private individuals register for e-invoicing via their bank. Companies can also use Kivra.
